I worked with a small team to develop a pitch to the city committee vying for the position as a host city for the 2026 World Cup. While our work wasn’t ultimately selected, I’m still very proud of the unique direction that we were trying to develop for Philadelphia.
The inspiration for these badges was taken from legacied soccer/football badges and monograms, paying homage to a classic but pushing out with type exploration and color selection.
